- Toss the quartered potatoes in the seasoning mixture until thoroughly coated.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space for air circulation.
- Cook the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning, until crispy and golden.
- Transfer the cooked potatoes to a serving plate.
- Optionally, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot as a tasty side or snack.
