Method
- Cook bowtie noodles according to package directions, then drain.
- While noodles cook, cut chicken breasts into 1-inch chunks.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add butter to the skillet.
- Once butter melts, add garlic puree to the skillet and stir well.
- Add chicken breast chunks to the skillet.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on the chicken breast chunks.
- Continue cooking chicken, stirring and flipping occasionally, until both sides are nicely browned.
- Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir well.
- Bring to a boil and continue boiling for a few minutes to thicken the liquid.
- Add spinach to the skillet and stir well.
- Continue cooking until spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked bowtie noodles to the skillet and stir well.
- Add shredded Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir well.
- Remove the skillet from heat.
- Sprinkle with parsley flakes, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy.

Ingredient Swap: I've found that if I don't have bowtie pasta on hand, penne or even fettuccine works beautifully here, catching all that lovely sauce.
